Larger victories..

Word has it the builders are re-doing the bathroom as requested! Apparently. So they say.

I am one of those "I'll believe it when I see it" kind of people, but we're feeling a bit more positive around here.

    No, we are far too naive for that. I think they are going to try and do it all while we are away later this month. Fingers crossed...

    Really interesting blog. I am looking at getting a 60's Athfield house, he at one time worked for W&M, and have found heaps of problems with it. Basically same things wrong with it, with no maintenance or repairs for 30-40 years and lot of botch jobs. Your house is however a lot nicer and more stylish.

    Ha! Ours may seem nicer and more stylish, but it was definitely pretty awful when we first got hold of it - good luck with yours!
